I am proud to direct the food service program at the Child Development Center at Wyndham, where we strive to provide healthy meals and snacks for all the children in our care. Our menu incorporates a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, whole grains and protein. Special attention is placed on ensuring that each child is served well-balanced, appetizing and varied meals while accommodating children with various needs due to allergy restrictions and cultural preferences.
It is my pleasure to meet our families and share information about their children’s food experiences. There is nothing more meaningful to me than a parent sharing stories about the foods their children first tried at CDCW and now love to eat at home. It is wonderful to know that our food service program has had a positive impact on our children both at school and at home.
I have worked with both the Hungerford and Kepner families during my many years in the food service industry and I feel fortunate that they have given me the opportunity to share my food service expertise at CDCW. Experiences with food distribution, procurement, preparation and storage have provided me with a strong foundation for making the CDCW food program a success.
For those of you who may not know, I am the proud father of three adult daughters who are all successfully pursuing their dreams.
